Support Misfit Kitchen Gardens
Every gift goes straight into the soil, the structures, and the shared meals of our sanctuary in Ramah, New Mexico. Your support keeps the gates open and the learning hands-on — for people of every age.
Both links open a secure page on the platform itself. We don’t collect or store any payment details on this site.
Where your support goes
A gift that grows with the garden
We’re a working educational sanctuary, not a storefront. Gifts are modest and they go a long way — here’s the kind of work they make possible.
-
Hands-on permaculture learning
Seeds, starts, soil amendments, and the everyday tools that let neighbors of every age get their hands in the ground and learn how to grow food in the high desert.
-
Natural building & the land
Lumber, cob, straw, and other materials for the natural-building projects and water-wise infrastructure that keep the sanctuary running and teach skills you can take home.
-
Food preservation & sharing
Canning supplies, drying racks, and the kitchen basics behind our food-preservation work — so a good harvest feeds the community well past the growing season.
Curious where it all happens first? Take a look at our programs and the garden gallery, or come get involved in person.
Other ways to give
Not everything fits in a wallet
Some of the most useful gifts arrive as tools, materials, or a note in the mail. If one of these fits you better, we’d be glad to hear from you.
In-kind gifts
Hand tools, garden and building materials, seeds, and kitchen equipment in good working order can all find a home here. Reach out first so we can make sure it’s something we can put to use.

Thank you
However you give, you’re helping roots take hold.
Misfit Kitchen Gardens runs on the generosity of the people who believe in it. Thank you for helping people grow alongside the plants. Where roots take hold and people grow.
